Two beautiful recently restored trulli dwellings located a few minutes drive from the Adriatic coast.
these two trullo dwellings are distinct and separate, but an internal connection could be created to have a single large dwelling. The first house includes a main trullo where is the living room with a fireplace, there are then the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a storage/laundry room. The second house also has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
renovation of the two houses dates back a few years ago, but the whole property is in an excellent state of maintenance.
the complex of trulli is independent on 4 sides and includes a land planted with olive trees and fruit trees of about 6,500 square meters.
the property is fenced with dry stone walls and entrance driveway gate. Wide paved squares on both sides of the entrances and barbecue area.
