Historic villa for sale in Puglia, in the countryside of Mesagne and not far from Latiano. The property consists of the main villa as well as other agricultural buildings, all immersed in an ancient Italian garden and a recently planted olive grove.

The property currently has two accesses: the original one on the provincial road that leads to the villa through the lush park and a second one that was created later on the secondary road and equipped with an electric gate that leads directly into the olive grove and the buildings.

The main villa is on two levels and has rooms with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful facade with Gothic and Moorish elements typical of the area and the period of construction (late 19th century), with a large balcony divided by five arches of different shapes.
On the first floor the villa has an entrance hall, from which you can reach a bedroom, living room or hallway, through which you can reach the upper floor by stairs. On the first floor there is a second bedroom, two bathrooms, dining room (connected by a hallway with the kitchen) and pantry.
The total area of the first floor is about 160 sqm.
The convenient interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large living room, four large bedrooms and a bathroom.
Two of the four bedrooms and the living room open onto the previously described balcony, while the other two bedrooms have windows overlooking the surrounding countryside.

A hallway connects the villa's dining room (on the first floor) with the villa's kitchen, which, however, is located in the staff house and kept separate from the main house.
The staff house also has a bedroom with bathroom, pantry, laundry room with boiler room and adjacent to the house a large storage room of over 120 square meters, currently without a roof, but still usable.

Another building, the old farmhouse with more rooms for storage of agricultural equipment, garages and more, could be renovated and used for other purposes.

The three bodies described above enclose a characteristic courtyard surrounded by walls, where there are numerous citrus plants.

Outside the three buildings mentioned above, there is an 85 square meter storage room (roof to be redone) and the characteristic votive chapel.
