From the ruins of an ancient Apulian farmhouse in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, between the baroque atmosphere of Martina Franca and the picturesque village of Locorotondo, was born a high-end accommodation in a country chic atmosphere.

Located in the heart of the beautiful countryside, surrounded by rolling hills, the Masseria has been skillfully renovated in a rural style, preserving the authenticity of the place, working with ancient materials and preserving the tradition and design of the old Apulian farmhouses.

Like all original farmhouses, it has a central courtyard where the life and activities of the peasants took place: Around it were the farmer's quarters, the stables, the stores for fodder and grain, the rooms for processing products and, of course, a church for Sunday Mass.
A staircase in the central courtyard led to the owner's residence, which obviously enjoyed a lot of space, surfaces and views of the Itria Valley.

After a loving renovation, the property now has 8 spacious bedrooms: 5 are accessible through the characteristic courtyard next to the swimming pool and three are located in the private apartment on the second floor with separate entrance.

Just a few kilometers from Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Cisternino, Ostuni and Alberobello, the property is in a strategic position to easily reach the most beautiful places in Puglia. Moreover, a golf course in Savelletri can be easily reached in fifteen minutes by car.
